Kelli Colson began her movement career in the world of competitive gymnastics and followed with a BFA in Dance in 2010. It was through dance that she became familiar with Pilates and was impressed with how it addressed the musculoskeletal and nervous system. Kelli decided to get certified as a Pilates trainer in 2012 and continues to take advanced courses that keep her developing and fresh.
In 2014, she completed courses on Pilates for the Aging Population, Pilates for Injuries and Rehabilitation, and Neurokinetic Therapy. Kelli has knowledge, creativity, and love of her job. She is an excellent trainer for injuries or simply strength and stabilization. When not teaching, she loves to dance, cook, listen to jazz, and explore the beautiful Bay Area.
